Investigators Uncover Expanding Cocaine Network Linked to Suspect Anmol โPinkyโ
KARACHI: Authorities have revealed further details about the alleged narcotics network operated by accused Anmol alias โPinky,โ who was recently arrested in Karachiโs Garden area and is being described by investigators as Pakistanโs first female cocaine kingpin.
According to investigators, the suspect allegedly built an extensive cocaine distribution system that operated across multiple cities through a highly secretive structure.
Sources claimed that Pinky left her home at the age of 14 to pursue a modeling career before entering elite party circles, where she allegedly developed connections with individuals involved in drug trafficking. Investigators further alleged that she later married a lawyer linked to an international cocaine gang and subsequently became involved in narcotics operations alongside him.
After separating from her first husband, authorities said she married a police officer and expanded her alleged drug trade activities. Investigators added that, with the support of her three brothers, she established a coordinated cocaine supply network and gradually emerged as one of the countryโs most influential alleged cocaine dealers.
According to officials, Pinky reportedly learned cocaine preparation methods through online sources before introducing her own โbrand.โ Investigators stated that the network functioned through compartmentalized operations in which members rarely met directly. Authorities alleged that women transported cocaine packets from Lahore to Karachi via train, while bike riders collected and delivered the drugs to dealers across the city.
Sources also claimed that cocaine was supplied to Karachiโs party circles with assistance from her brotherโs girlfriend, who allegedly participated in the operation. Investigators further stated that the accused had previously been arrested by Punjab Police nearly five years ago but was later released. However, authorities emphasized that the allegations remain under investigation and have not yet been proven in court.
