Two Pakistan Navy personnel were martyred while performing patrol duties at sea, the Navy’s Directorate-General of Public Relations (DGPR) said Wednesday.
The DGPR identified the martyrs as Shoaibur Rehman (PMA-IV) and Ghufran Nasar (PMT-II). Both personnel embraced martyrdom while performing their duties to ensure maritime security.
According to the statement, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf expressed deep sorrow over the loss. Senior Pakistan Navy officials also attended the martyrs’ funerals and met their grieving families.
