She stated they first met him in Singapore in October 2025.
According to her testimony, Dar arranged their visas before they travelled to Pakistan.
She said the first three days of their visit included shopping, sightseeing, business meetings, and dinners.
However, she alleged that on June 29, Dar took them to Lahore, saying they would attend his aunt’s birthday celebration.
According to her statement, after reaching the residence, four armed men entered the house.
She alleged that both women were restrained and assaulted while Dar initially acted as if he was also a victim.
The Dutch woman further alleged that during the night Dar and another suspect transferred approximately $17,000 through her mobile phone into their cryptocurrency wallet.
Spanish Woman Alleges Physical Assault and Threats
The Spanish woman also recorded her statement before the magistrate.
According to her testimony, a man dressed in black allegedly assaulted her and repeatedly struck her in the face.
She further alleged that he touched intimate parts of her body before sexually assaulting her while she remained clothed.
According to her statement, Dar later entered the room and asked about a computer and money.
She stated that she informed him both items were inside a green bag.
The Spanish woman further alleged that she questioned the suspects before one of them struck her head with the butt of a pistol. She claimed she was later taken upstairs.
According to her testimony, an English-speaking man warned that they would be allowed to live if they surrendered the money. Otherwise, they would be killed.
She further alleged that several suspects repeatedly demanded sexual acts, which she refused.
According to her statement, one suspect later took her into another room, slapped her after she cried, ordered her to remain quiet, and repeatedly raped her.
She stated the alleged assault stopped after she screamed.
