Pakistan is getting the non-nuclear most powerful bombs from Turkiye to strengthen its defence deterrence. It is true that Tรผrkiye unveiled a thermobaric bomb called GAZAP (Wrath) at the 2025 International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF).
The weapon weighs about 970 kilograms, can be deployed from F-16 aircraft, and uses a thermobaric blast mechanism capable of generating extreme heat and overpressure. Turkish officials have described it as the country’s most powerful non-nuclear aerial bomb.
๐จBreaking: PAKISTAN JUST GOT THE GAZAP. ๐ต๐ฐ๐ฅ
Pakistan requested Turkeyโs worldโs most destructive non-nuclear thermobaric bomb and itโs coming.๐ช๐ป
One ton of pure hellfire.
3000ยฐC fireball.
Shockwave that destroys everything in its path.
Deployable from F-16s.

However, I could not find any credible evidence that Pakistan has requested GAZAP from Tรผrkiye or that a transfer agreement has been announced. None of the available reports about GAZAP mention a Pakistani order, delivery, or approval for export to Pakistan.
The post’s language is also a warning sign. Phrases such as “absolute dominance incoming,” “unstoppable power,” and “Pakistan is rising” are promotional and emotional rather than the language normally used in official military announcements. Governments, defense ministries, and major defense manufacturers generally issue procurement announcements through official statements, not through anonymous social media “breaking news” posts.
Based on currently available information:
GAZAP is a real Turkish weapon.
It is reportedly compatible with F-16 aircraft.
There is no publicly confirmed evidence that Pakistan has acquired or ordered it.
The claim should therefore be treated as unverified unless confirmed by official statements from the Turkish or Pakistani governments.
At this stage, the most accurate assessment is: the weapon exists, but the claim that Pakistan has requested it and that it is “coming” to Pakistan remains unconfirmed.
