In a statement issued on Monday, the ministry warned that individuals who fail to leave Saudi Arabia within the allowed period will face legal action.
Authorities said violators will face penalties under Saudi immigration laws. These measures aim to ensure compliance with residency, labour, and border regulations.
Fines, Jail Time, and Deportation for Violators
The ministry stated that visa overstayers could face fines of up to SAR 50,000.
They may also receive imprisonment of up to six months. After completing legal procedures, authorities will deport violators from the Kingdom.
