Digital services also recorded substantial growth as more people shifted towards online licensing facilities. More than 280,000 citizens used online licensing services during the period, representing a 168 percent increase compared with the previous period.
The growing reliance on digital services reflects efforts to make licensing procedures more accessible and convenient for citizens. Officials said more than 400,000 people had also downloaded the e-driving licence application.
