Rescue 1122 teams have recovered the body of a young man from the River Chenab near Khan Garh, while search operations continue for four other missing people.
Five people went missing at Ganga Wala Patan near Rohelanwali, prompting emergency teams to launch a search and rescue operation. According to Rescue 1122, rescuers recovered the first body on Sunday morning.
Authorities identified the deceased as Muhammad Makki. However, four people remain missing, and rescue teams are continuing efforts to locate them.
Rescue Teams Use Multiple Search Methods
Rescue 1122 personnel are using boats, scuba diving and line-search techniques to find the remaining missing individuals. The teams are searching different sections of the river as the operation continues.
