A newborn baby has gone missing from Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar, leaving the family searching for answers and seeking official assistance.
The child’s family said the newborn disappeared shortly after the baby was safely delivered at the hospital.
Family Says Newborn Disappeared After Delivery
Hashmat, a resident of Shabqadar, said he brought his wife to Lady Reading Hospital for medical treatment two days earlier.
According to Hashmat, doctors admitted his wife to the hospital after she arrived for treatment. He was later informed that she had safely delivered the baby.
However, the family soon received unexpected news that the newborn was missing.
The family has since approached police and relevant officials for help in locating the child. Despite their efforts, they said there has been no information about the newborn so far.
