Enaam Ahmed Leads Pakistan to Victory Against India in Karting Championship

Enaam Ahmed, the driving force behind Team Pakistan, achieved a groundbreaking milestone by securing Pakistan’s inaugural top 4 finish at the Nations Cup during the Dubai 12-Hour Endurance Karting Race. This achievement was accompanied by a resounding victory over arch-rivals India, with an astonishing 9-lap lead.

Ahmed led his team to an extraordinary performance on the demanding circuit, surpassing over thirty competitors and making history for Pakistan in the world of karting. Maz Chughtai’s strategic acumen and unwavering focus propelled Team Pakistan to new heights, earning them a well-deserved place among the top contenders in the fiercely contested race.

Ahmed handpicked “the two most talented drivers from Pakistan” to compose Team Pakistan—Maz Chughtai and Shamiq Saeed. Chughtai, a multiple-karting champion in Dubai, showcased his prowess alongside Saeed, who was selected from Karachi for his natural speed and immense talent.

In the qualifying round, Team Pakistan secured 2nd place in the Nations Cup and 4th overall against 30 of the finest endurance teams globally. This placed them at the front of the field for the race start, alongside the best competitors.

Not only did Team Pakistan achieve a historic top-4 finish, but they also clinched a remarkable victory over India, displaying their dominance on the track with a notable 9-lap lead, despite dropping to 30th place due to an unfortunate puncture. Without this setback, Team Pakistan would have undoubtedly secured a podium finish.

Ahmed expressed his pride in leading Team Pakistan to unprecedented success, stating: “It’s an honor to represent Pakistan and achieve this milestone alongside my teammates. We worked tirelessly to make our country proud, and securing a commanding victory over India adds an extra layer of satisfaction to our accomplishment.”

The Dubai 12-Hour Endurance Karting Race, known for its challenging conditions and intense competition, magnifies Team Pakistan’s achievement. Ahmed emphasized that their triumph underscores the talent and dedication within Pakistan’s motorsports community, highlighting the country’s potential on the global stage and inspiring a new generation of drivers.

As the first British Formula 3 Champion and the only FIA World and European Karting champion from Pakistan, Ahmed holds a distinguished reputation in global motorsports. He aims to lead the next generation of Pakistani drivers into circuit racing, leveraging his expertise and respect among current F1 drivers.
