Dania Shah Seeks Bail In Obscene Video Case
Dania Shah, the third wife of Aamir Liaquat, approached the court for bail in a case of sharing an offensive video of her husband, who passed away in June.
When Dua Aamir, Aamer Liaquat’s daughter, filed a complaint against Dania Shah for sharing an offensive video of her father, Aamer Liaquat, the latter was arrested in Lodharan.
The petition claimed that the case brought against her was false in response to allegations that she shared the video.
Dania Shah’s lawyer, Liaquat Gabu, claimed that the third wife was not the subject of any complaints from the host and that the case was made up to deny the third wife her inheritance rights.
The hearing was postponed until December 20 while the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was asked to respond.
As a result of Dua Aamer’s complaint, Shah was detained in Lodhran and transferred to Karachi.
The FIA filed a FIR under Sections 20, 21, and 24 of the PICA Ordinance 2016 after discovering crucial evidence during the investigation and arrested the accused Dania from Lodhran.
Dania’s mother claimed that she has no idea where her daughter is and that they are being punished for claiming an inheritance.
