This allocation aims to improve access to learning facilities and enhance educational quality across districts.
In addition, Rs8 billion has been set aside for upgrading schools throughout the province.
Under this initiative, primary schools will be upgraded to middle schools, while middle schools will be upgraded to high schools.
This structured upgrade plan is designed to expand educational opportunities for students in remote and underserved areas.
New Jobs and Institutional Strengthening
The provincial government has also announced the creation of 3,000 new positions within the Education Department.
This move is expected to strengthen administrative capacity and improve service delivery in schools.
Furthermore, the cluster budget has been increased from Rs2.5 billion to Rs2.9 billion.
This adjustment supports coordinated planning and better resource distribution across school clusters.
Government Prioritizes Education Reform
