Babar Azam Finally Scores His First-Ever Century in PSL History

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam proved once again why he is considered among the best T20 batters in the world by scoring his first hundred in the Pakistan Super League.

Moreover, With this achievement, he has now scored eight centuries in total, second only to West Indies legend Chris Gayle, who has 22 centuries to his name.

Moreover, During the ongoing PSL match against Quetta Gladiators, while playing for Peshawar Zalmi, Babar Azam scored an impressive 115 off 65 balls, helping his team reach a score of 240/2 in 20 overs.

Babar’s innings included 15 boundaries and three over boundaries.

And then, With this century, Babar has now scored the highest number of T20 hundred by any Pakistani player and any Asian player.

Furthermore, Prior to this inning, Babar had scored two centuries for the national team, two for Central Punjab in Pakistan’s domestic cricket, and two for Somerset in the T20 Blast.

In addition to the aforementioned centuries, Babar Azam also scored another century for Pakistan in an unofficial game against Leicestershire in 2019.

Moreover, Azam now joins the likes of David Warner and Aaron Finch who have also scored eight centuries in T20 cricket.
