Waheedullah stood high on the most-wanted list for his direct role in multiple terrorist activities. He served as the main handler for the suicide bomber who martyred Lieutenant Colonel Shahzada Gul Faraz and Sepoy Karamat Shah during an IBO on February 21. The latest action directly avenges those brave soldiers and prevents further attacks.
