LAHORE: Punjab Police officer Aisha Butt earned another major international recognition after the International Association of Chiefs of Police selected her for its Best Officer Award. It marks another proud moment for Pakistan and Punjab Police.
This latest award becomes Aisha Buttโs second international award in two years. Previously, the International Association of Women Police presented her with the Excellence in Performance Award 2025 for her outstanding contributions to policing and public service.
The International Association of Chiefs of Police will present the prestigious award during its annual ceremony in Florida on October 27, 2026.
Therefore, Aisha Butt will represent Pakistan and Punjab Police on a global platform alongside leading law enforcement professionals.
Aisha Butt currently serves as the Superintendent of Police at Elite Headquarters in Lahore. Earlier, she worked as the Chief Traffic Officer in Gujranwala, where she earned widespread appreciation for improving traffic management and introducing effective public safety measures.
Moreover, her consistent professional achievements have strengthened the reputation of Punjab Police internationally. Her recognition also highlights the growing role of Pakistani women in senior law enforcement positions.
Last year, the International Association of Women Police selected Aisha Butt for its global Excellence in Performance Award 2025. Consequently, she became one of the few Pakistani police officers to receive back-to-back international honours.
The International Association of Women Police includes members from more than 70 countries and works with over 30 affiliated organizations.
