
There was an impressive passing out parade held at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul on Saturday. The cadets, who had just finished their courses and joined the ranks of Pakistan Army, paraded with elegance and dignity.
This passing out parade witnessed the graduation of 153rd PMA Long Course, 38th Technical Graduate Course, 72nd Integrated Course, 15th Mujahid Course, and 27th Lady Cadet Course. Besides the graduating cadets, there were other foreign army cadets as well. They belonged to Iraq, Maldives, Mali, Nepal, Palestine, Qatar, and Sri Lanka.

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu served as the chief guest and reviewing officer. He inspected the smartly turned-out cadets and praised their discipline and hard work. He also presented awards to the outstanding performers.
Bilal Nasim received the coveted Sword of Honour. Muhammad Saad Musa won the Presidentโs Gold Medal. Pobin Kunwar from Nepal earned the Chief of Defence Forces Overseas Gold Medal. Masood Ur Rehman took home the Marksman Medal.

This was a parade that illustrated months of hard work done by these cadets at one of the best military academies of the world. The parents and other distinguished guests were able to see with pride how these young cadets performed their last parade exercises in preparation for joining the Pakistani Army.
These young men have learned important values like patriotism, discipline, and responsibility during their stay at this academy. This parade illustrated once again the high standards maintained every year by this institution.
The parade concluded with an exciting finale of Antim Pag ceremony, which is the last parade exercise conducted by these young cadets before being commissioned. The audience witnessed the last parade exercises of the cadets with great pride.
