Lahore Traffic Police have imposed a restriction on heavy motorcycles entering CBD Main Boulevard following increasing complaints about racing activity, excessive noise, and dangerous riding behaviour.
The move comes as authorities attempt to improve road safety and reduce disruption for commuters and residents in one of the city’s rapidly developing areas.
According to officials, groups of heavy bikers had increasingly started gathering on the boulevard and using the road in ways that affected normal traffic movement and raised safety concerns.
As a result, traffic authorities decided to take direct action.

Chief Traffic Officer Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi announced that CBD Main Boulevard would now remain off-limits for heavy motorcycles.
