Deputy Director of the Met Office Irfan Virk said the incoming weather system is expected to bring heavy rainfall to Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and large parts of Punjab.
Moreover, northeastern, central, and southern Punjab are all likely to receive rainfall during the coming week. At the same time, showers are also expected in different areas of Sindh and Balochistan.
