Rwandan Foreign Minister Arrives in Islamabad for Four-Day Official Visit

ISLAMABAD: Rwandan Foreign Minister Dr. Vincent Biruta arrived in Islamabad on Sunday for a four-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties. He was received at the airport by Hasnain Yousaf, Director General for Africa at Pakistan’s Foreign Office, along with Rwanda’s High Commissioner to Pakistan.

According to diplomatic sources,the visit is part of Pakistan’s broader diplomatic outreach under its “Engage Africa” policy, which seeks to deepen political and economic engagement with African nations.

In a parallel diplomatic development, the Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates is also expected to arrive in Islamabad later today. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation for a series of bilateral meetings focusing on economic cooperation, investment opportunities, and regional affairs.

Additional details regarding both visits are expected to be shared through official press briefings and joint statements following scheduled meetings.
