Recent inquiries regarding the Toba Tek Singh murder case have unveiled evidence of physical harm on the victim during a medico-legal autopsy. Additionally, the primary suspect managed to evade law enforcement officials during their pursuit.
A tragic incident occurred involving Maria, a young woman, who was brutally smothered by her brother in the presence of their father and other family members. A heartbreaking video documenting this act was recorded and subsequently shared on social media.
As the video gained widespread attention, the police intervened and filed a case. They then acquired a court order for the exhumation of the related evidence.
Upon the preliminary evaluation of the victim’s body, it was discovered that their throat bones were fractured. However, a comprehensive autopsy report is yet to be released.
The medical examination disclosed that the patient’s hyoid bone was fractured, along with two of her tracheal rings. These findings strongly suggest that significant force was used against her during a strangulation incident perpetrated by her brother.
Nevertheless, the report mentioned that her orifices remained unharmed. Her brother informed the police that she had experienced sexual abuse prior to her murder.
The report disclosed that her injuries were so extensive that they appeared to have caused her immediate death following the act of violence.
On March 26th, a report was filed, disclosing that the unfortunate incident had taken place nine days prior.
The FIR of the event has further disclosed that the police had received a confidential tip from an informant concerning the criminal act.
Officers swiftly arrived at Maria’s residence, discovering the primary suspect, Muhammad Faisal, seated on the rooftop.
Nevertheless, Fisal successfully escaped prior to the police apprehending him. He was eventually captured at a later time.
The First Information Report (FIR) has further disclosed that several individuals within the Oudh community, where Maria’s family is a part of, possess knowledge about the incident but remain silent due to their familial connections.
