Pakistani television actor Muneeb Butt has reportedly received major relief in the alleged kidnapping and cryptocurrency robbery case. Investigators informed an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) that they found no evidence connecting the actor to the alleged offence.
The development comes after weeks of legal proceedings surrounding the high-profile case. Although the investigation continues, officials told the court that the inquiry did not establish Muneeb Butt’s involvement.

According to the investigation report presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court, authorities did not find any evidence linking Muneeb Butt to the alleged kidnapping or cryptocurrency robbery.
As a result, the actor has reportedly been declared innocent in the investigation. The findings have provided significant relief to the television star, who has consistently denied all allegations against him.
However, legal proceedings in the broader case remain ongoing.

The case was registered in Karachi following allegations made by the complainant.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), the complainant claimed that armed individuals abducted him and forced him to transfer 8,600 USDT, valued at approximately Rs2.49 million.
During the investigation, police alleged that Muneeb Butt had helped some of the suspects avoid arrest.
However, investigators have now informed the court that they found no evidence supporting those claims against the actor.
Actor Continues to Deny Allegations
From the beginning of the case, Muneeb Butt has rejected all accusations.
The actor has maintained that he is innocent and has no connection with the alleged incident.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Terrorism Court granted him interim pre-arrest bail. The court later extended that relief while the investigation continued.
