Islamabad residents can now access several civic services through the PAK App.
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) have added online property tax and water bill payments to the platform.
The new system allows residents and businesses to complete routine civic tasks through their mobile phones.
As a result, users can reduce the need to visit government offices for applications and payments.
More Civic Services Available Online
The PAK App also provides several other municipal services.
These include advertising permissions, open-space approvals, parking permits and generator licences.
Users can submit applications and required documents through the app.
They can also track their application status and make digital payments where available.
The system will maintain electronic records of applications, approvals and transactions.
Complaint Tracking and Paperless Services
The CDA and MCI also plan to expand digital services through the platform.
Users can register and track complaints, subject to the system’s requirements.
Authorities said the initiative will help make Islamabad’s civic services more cashless and contactless.
The platform will also reduce paperwork and improve access to routine municipal services.
Officials described the move as part of Islamabad’s broader shift towards digital civic service delivery.
