In Turkey, a two-year–old girl killed a snake by biting in revenge to the reptile’s bite.
The incident was reported in a small village near Bingol in Turkiye a few days ago.
The neighbors rushed to the spot when they heard the girl screaming in her backyard. They were shocked to see the toddler with a 20-inch snake in her teeth.
The neighbors said there was a bite mark on the child’s mouth as well and it indicates that the reptile had bitten her too. The toddler remained under treatment at a hospital for a day and was doing fine.
According to media reports, in Turkiye there are 45 snake species and only 12 of them are venomous.
