Pakistan and Iran’s Navies conducted a crucial passage drill

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy ships Rasadgar and Azmat, along with Pakistan Maritime Security Agency ship Dasht, made a goodwill visit to Port Bandar Abbas, Iran.

The flotilla was led by Commodore Muhammad Umair, Commander of the 14th Destroyer Squadron.

During the visit, the Mission Commander met with senior Iranian naval officials to discuss matters of mutual interest, naval cooperation, and maritime security initiatives.

Following the port visit, the Pakistan Navy and PMSA ships participated in a Passage Exercise at sea alongside an Iranian Navy ship.

The exercise aimed to enhance interoperability, foster mutual understanding, and promote shared learning through coordinated naval activities.
