Nicola Coughlan, known for her role in Bridgerton, raised $2m in support of Palestine

Irish actor Nicola Coughlan, renowned for her portrayal of Penelope Featherington in the popular Netflix series Bridgerton, has successfully raised $2 million for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund through her social media campaign.

The PCRF expressed profound gratitude to Coughlan on X (formerly Twitter), acknowledging her remarkable support and fundraising efforts. The funds raised will support the PCRF’s Urgent Gaza Relief and Recovery initiatives, providing crucial humanitarian aid and medical relief to thousands of displaced children and families in dire need.

Coughlan actively promoted the fundraiser, contributing to its success with donations from herself and garnering global support. The PCRF, supported by donations from around the world, aims to alleviate suffering by providing essential services such as food, water, clothing, and medical care to children across the Middle East.
