Why actress Dur-e-Fishan never faced harassment in Pakistan?

LAHORE: Famous showbiz personality and actress Dur-e-Fishan said that she has never ever faced harassment during shoots in Pakistan.

She strongly believes that the showbiz has been much safer for females in Pakistan.

Dur-e-Fishan said she likes to work in one drama at a time and that her mother approves the script first.

Showbiz star belongs to a family that strictly adheres to its discline _ including the use of cellphone and watching television.

“I didn’t have a cellphone till I completed my A-levels,” Dur-e-Fishan said.

She opined that one of the reasons for not facing any harassment incident could be that she always preferred her worth with big production houses and actors of integrity who always looked after her.

Dur-e-Fishan also praised singer Meesha Shafi for raising voice against harassment, and she believes it to be a primary reason behind the showbiz industry becoming safer for female actors.
