President Asif Ali Zardari has extended his congratulations to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and the people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on the country’s 78th founding anniversary.
In a letter, President Zardari conveyed his best wishes to Kim Jong Un and the North Korean people on the national occasion.

President Zardari said Pakistan and the DPRK enjoy cordial relations based on mutual trust and goodwill.
He expressed confidence that bilateral ties between Pakistan and North Korea would continue to grow stronger in the coming years.
