What Is the Anmol Pinky Drug Case?
According to the prosecution, Anmol alias Pinky, Muhammad Nasir and Naseem Bibi are nominated as accused in the case.
The prosecution has charged the three accused with selling drugs.
The Anti-Narcotics Force registered the case against them in 2019.
The case has therefore remained pending for several years, with proceedings continuing before the anti-narcotics court.
The latest hearing focused on the absence of two accused and the documents required for further proceedings.
Court Awaits Case Challan
The court has directed the investigating officer to submit the case challan at the next hearing.
The challan will form part of the court record as proceedings continue against the accused.
Meanwhile, the arrest warrants remain directed against Muhammad Nasir and Naseem Bibi following their failure to appear.
The court has scheduled further proceedings for the last week of August.
Until then, authorities are required to pursue the arrests and present the two accused before the court.
The case will continue through the legal process as the court considers the prosecution’s allegations against Anmol alias Pinky and her co-accused.
