Sri Lanka U17 will travel to Pakistan next month for a bilateral series against Pakistan U17. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that both teams will play six matches during the tour.
All matches will take place at the Multan Cricket Stadium from October 9 to 24.
Sri Lanka U17 Tour Schedule
Sri Lanka U17 will arrive in Multan on Monday, October 5. Both teams will then hold practice sessions at the Multan Cricket Stadium from October 6 to 8. The three-day match will begin on October 9 and continue until October 11.
The teams will then return to the field for five one-day matches. Pakistan U17 and Sri Lanka U17 will play the one-day games between October 15 and 24.
All matches will be staged at the same venue in Multan.
Pakistan U17 Preparations Underway
Pakistan’s U17 players are currently attending a Skills Development Camp in Faisalabad. The camp began on Thursday, July 30, as part of preparations for upcoming international fixtures.
The PCB also hosted the National U17 Cup in Faisalabad earlier this year.
Rawalpindi U17 Region won the tournament after competing in the domestic competition.
The upcoming series will provide Pakistan’s young players with an opportunity to gain international experience against Sri Lanka U17.
It will also give both teams valuable preparation through a combination of multi-day and one-day cricket.
