Security sources have released the confessional statement of an alleged Fitna-ul-Hindustan member arrested during an operation in Balochistan. According to the statement, the suspect made several claims regarding the group’s alleged recruitment methods, training procedures and operational activities.
The arrested suspect has been identified as Habibullah, a resident of the Sirandoh area of Uranach tehsil in Khuzdar district, according to security sources.
Security Sources Share Alleged Confession
According to security sources, Habibullah described the alleged structure and working methods of Fitna-ul-Hindustan during his confessional statement.
He claimed that the organisation recruited him through false promises and financial incentives. After joining, he alleged that he was taken to Chanal Dasht, where he underwent ideological indoctrination.
He further claimed that he was later shifted to the Sargarh camp for military training.
Claims About Training and Operations
According to the confessional statement, the suspect alleged that he received training in handling weapons, using explosives and planning ambushes.
He also claimed that instructors taught him methods to conceal his identity and evade capture after carrying out attacks.
Security sources said these details form part of the ongoing investigation.
Suspect Expresses Regret
During the statement, Habibullah expressed remorse over his alleged involvement with the organisation.
He stated, “I stained my hands with the blood of my own Baloch brothers for just Rs. 25,000.”
According to security sources, he also claimed that he was identified during sit-ins organised by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), which the security sources describe as “a proxy of Fitna-ul-Hindustan.”
Alleged Role in Militant Activities
The suspect further claimed that he supplied weapons, ammunition, explosives, food and medicines to militant groups.
He also alleged that he participated in attacks in Sinaro Camp, Khuzdar, Nal and Bela.
According to his statement, the organisation allegedly provided weapons, operational instructions and contact details before each operation.
He further claimed that he received payment for participating in militant activities. According to the statement, he was paid Rs. 25,000 after the alleged attacks in Khuzdar and Bela.
The suspect also claimed that two civilians were killed during an attack on a police checkpoint in which he alleged he had participated.
Claims About Recruitment and Internal Conditions
Habibullah also made claims about the group’s internal operations.
According to his statement, many individuals allegedly joined the organisation because of unemployment.
He further claimed that recruits were lured with promises before being blackmailed to prevent them from leaving.
According to the statement, anyone attempting to leave the organisation was allegedly killed.
The suspect also claimed that militant camps lacked adequate food and other basic facilities. He further alleged that militants survived by looting nearby villages.
