The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore has announced 24 teaching and faculty vacancies for Punjab-domiciled Pakistani citizens.
The positions are available at the Main Campus Lahore, New Campus KSK, and Faisalabad Campus. The vacancies include Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Teaching Fellow, and Teaching Assistant positions across multiple disciplines.
UET Lahore has set October 12, 2026, as the application deadline. Teaching Fellows will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 75,000, while Teaching Assistants will receive Rs. 50,000.
Assistant Professor And Lecturer Vacancies
The university has announced four Assistant Professor positions on a BS-19 contract basis at the Main Campus. Two posts are available in Civil Engineering, while one each is offered in the Extension of the Institute of AI, ML and Cyber Security and the Institute of Data Sciences.
UET Lahore has also announced six Lecturer positions on a BS-18 contract basis. Two are in Civil Engineering, one is in the AI, ML and Cyber Security institute, while three are available at the Faisalabad Campus in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Teaching Fellow And Assistant Positions
The university is offering 12 Teaching Fellow positions across its campuses. These include posts in English, Islamic Studies, Information and Communication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Skills, and Management Sciences.
Two Teaching Assistant positions are also available in Computer Science and Information Technology. Applicants for Teaching Fellow positions need an 18-year master’s degree or MPhil with at least a 3.0 CGPA or 73% marks.
Teaching Assistant applicants require a 16-year bachelor’s degree with the same minimum academic standard. Assistant Professor and Lecturer applicants must meet HEC faculty appointment criteria, while engineering candidates need PEC registration where applicable.
Candidates can apply through the UET Lahore online jobs portal. They must complete the form, upload a passport-size photograph, print and sign the application, and submit the required documents and fee proof as instructed.
