Toyota Pakistan has confirmed that customers can cancel vehicle bookings without paying administrative charges. The policy applies to both fully and partially paid vehicle orders.
The company said customers remain eligible for refunds even if their vehicles are ready for delivery. However, refunds will follow the company’s standard terms and procedures.
Toyota added that the refund policy has remained part of its long-standing customer service practices. Therefore, buyers can cancel eligible bookings without additional administrative costs.
