Pakistani TikToker Ayesha Gilamana Shamsu Bibi was shot dead in Taxila, while her 15-year-old sister sustained injuries during the incident.
According to the FIR, Ayesha was travelling with her younger sister and brother when armed men opened fire on their vehicle.
The attackers were reportedly riding a motorcycle and targeted the vehicle near a petrol station.
Ayesha Shot During Firing
The FIR states that Ayesha suffered a gunshot wound to her neck during the attack.
The injury caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle later collided with a dumper, causing further injuries.
Ayesha’s 15-year-old sister, Asmiya, was injured in the crash. Rescue officials shifted her to a hospital for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
Family Raises Questions Over Possible Motive
According to the FIR, Ayesha received a phone call shortly before leaving her home.
The document also states that she had previously told her family about alleged threats.
Furthermore, the FIR mentions a financial dispute involving individuals identified as Kausar and Javed alias Shaheen.
Ayesha’s family suspects that the alleged threats and financial dispute could be connected to her killing. However, these allegations have not been independently verified.
Police Launch Investigation
Taxila police have registered a case following the shooting and started an investigation.
Investigators are working to identify the attackers and determine the motive behind the killing. They are also trying to trace the suspects involved in the attack.
