At 33 years old, Mehsood has set a remarkable milestone as the first Pakistani to hold 100 Guinness World Records in under eight years. His impressive collection includes 46 records in the push-ups category and 31 records with a 100-pound weight. He also holds a notable record for lifting a 70 kg weight with his toe, showcasing his exceptional strength and endurance.
In addition to his recent achievements, Mehsood has set records across various physical challenges, including push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, step-ups, knee strikes, elbow strikes, side jumps, high jumps, and star jumps.
