ISLAMABAD: Inzamam-ul-Haq, the former Test captain of Pakistan, has officially assumed his responsibilities as the chief selector of the national men’s cricket team, today.
Inzamam has assumed charge as the chief selector of the Pakistan cricket team, as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The 53-year-old was named in the Cricket Technical Committee (CTC) last week.
He previously held the same position of chief selector from 2016 to 2019, during which his selected team won the Champions Trophy in 2017 under the leadership of Sarfaraz Ahmed.
