Security forces have intensified intelligence-based operations under Operation Al-Azm across Balochistan. Meanwhile, officials said the latest actions targeted militant hideouts in several districts across the province.
Security Forces Expand Intelligence-Based Operations
According to security sources, operations took place in Killi Kand Umrani, Khad Kocha, Mastung and other areas. Additionally, the actions targeted militants identified by the sources as Fitna al-Hindustan.
Security personnel dismantled several alleged militant hideouts and safe havens during the operations. Furthermore, authorities recovered weapons, explosives and other equipment reportedly used by the militants.
Security sources said the operations dealt significant losses to the militant group. They added that forces successfully cleared multiple locations during the ongoing campaign.
Death Toll Reaches Sixteen
According to security sources, the number of militants killed during Operation Al-Azm has reached 16. However, officials did not release further details about the identities of those killed.
Security sources also stated that intelligence-based operations would continue across Balochistan. They said the campaign aims to eliminate terrorism and strengthen long-term peace and stability throughout the province.
Authorities have pledged to maintain pressure on militant groups through continued security operations. Meanwhile, officials said forces remain committed to disrupting militant networks and preventing future attacks across the region.
