PTI’s Firdous Ashiq Awan quits party, Ibrarul Haq, Murad Ras also holding press conference
ISLAMABAD: Former minister for information and a PTI leader Firdous Ashiq Awan also parted ways with Imran Khan and left the party on Friday.
She said that Imran Khan and Pakistan could not co-exist.
Ma Awan strongly condemned May 9 attacks on the army infrastructures and termed it an outcome of Imran Khan’s mindset.
Firdous Ashiq Awan started her Press conference with a taunt, “Good to see you.”

Former PTI leader Ms Awan said that Imran Khan’s agenda has become ‘detrimental to the nation’.
She said, “Imran Khan and Pakistan cannot coexist.” Awan said that the former Premier has turned into an ‘adversary of allies’.
“In my 22 years of political journey, I have never witnessed such events,” she said while denouncing the May 9 attacks on army installations.
Firdous Ashiq Awan claimed that the events of May 9 were orchestrated from Zaman Park as part of a conspiracy driven by external motives.
She asserted that the motive of this conspiracy was to discredit institutions and appease foreign powers.
Ibrarul Haq and Murad Ras
According to media reports, Chaudhry Ibrarul Haq and Murad Ras of PTI are also holding press conference soon to part ways with Imran Khan and PTI.
Like other PTI defectors, Ibrarul Haq and Murad Ras are also not happy with Imran Khan’s approach of attacking the military installations and top brass of the army.
