During this meeting, they also deliberated on the party’s political strategy and the prevailing political landscape of the nation. Matters aligned with the PML-N’s electoral campaign for the upcoming polls were a central topic. The gathering of prominent PML-N figures also involved in-depth conversations about the party’s prospective narrative leading up to the elections.

In a previous statement, Nawaz Sharif stated that coordinating efforts are going on to protect Imran Khan. Nawaz Sharif contended that even the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, was compromising his reputation to support Khan.

The former Prime Minister affirmed that people widely recognize Imran Khan as corrupt and hold him accountable for the nation’s deterioration. He also accused Khan of recurrently flouting the Constitution and implicated Generals Bajwa and Faiz in facilitating Khan’s ascent to power.

Nawaz Sharif further criticized Khan for purportedly tarnishing the ethical values of the Pakistani populace and promoting unruly behavior. He contrasted Khan’s history of participating in protests and sit-ins during his time in opposition with the PML-N’s contributions to the nation during their terms in government.

Recalling Khan’s statements during sit-ins, Nawaz highlighted that Khan had threatened to evict him from the Prime Minister’s House forcefully and had even mentioned withdrawing basic amenities from his prison cell.
