LVIV: Western powers should supply Ukraine with weapons and impose further sanctions against Russia to avoid other nations from getting drawn into a bigger conflict, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kulebe said Monday.
On several occasions, Ukraine has pleaded with its allies to do more to aid it in its fight against Russia’s invasion, which began on February 24.
It is feared by some Western nations that doing so may lead to the involvement of other countries, especially NATO members.
“To those who fear being “dragged into WW-III”. Ukraine effectively fought back and is fighting. We can not do this without your support. Provide us with all the weapons we need, “In a tweet, Kuleba penned: “Russia should be completely isolated from the rest of the world by imposing even more sanctions. Helping Ukraine bring Putin to his knees will help prevent a broader conflict.”
