Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq Expands With Precision Strikes
Pakistanโs armed forces have destroyed a Taliban drone storage facility in Jalalabad. An ammunition depot was also targeted during the latest cross-border operation. Officials described the action as part of ongoing retaliation under Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq.
According to security sources, the strikes were aimed at militant hideouts and military installations. Authorities referred to the targets as โFitna al-Khawarijโ elements linked to cross-border attacks. The operation focused on neutralizing threats allegedly originating from Afghan territory.
Military officials said the strikes were conducted with precision. They stressed that the objective is defensive. The goal is to dismantle facilities used for planning and launching hostile activities against Pakistan.
Security sources added that drone storage and weapons depots were primary targets. These facilities were allegedly used to support cross-border militancy. Officials said such infrastructure posed an immediate security risk.
The cross-border operations mark a continuation of Pakistanโs firm security stance. Authorities have vowed to respond decisively to any attack on Pakistani soil. Officials insist that the campaign is aimed at safeguarding national sovereignty.
Punjab Police Deport Over 32,000 Undocumented Afghans
While military action continues, authorities in Punjab have intensified deportation efforts. The crackdown targets undocumented foreign nationals, particularly Afghan citizens residing illegally in the province.
According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, 32,729 Afghan nationals and other undocumented residents have been deported so far. The campaign spans Lahore and other districts across Punjab.
Police officials confirmed that 346 individuals remain at designated holding centers. These individuals are undergoing further processing before deportation.
The deportation figures include 12,356 men, 6,673 women, and 13,700 children. Authorities stated that 10,441 deportees possessed proof of residence. Another 11,098 held Afghan Citizen Cards. Meanwhile, 11,190 were categorized as undocumented foreign nationals.

Officials say the repatriation process follows established government policy. Authorities also claim compliance with international legal standards during deportations.
Security Alert Intensified Across Pakistan
Security measures have been strengthened across Punjab. Police remain on high alert amid ongoing regional tensions. Authorities say border security and internal enforcement are being closely coordinated.
Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq reflects Pakistanโs broader counterterrorism strategy. Officials argue that cross-border militant networks must be dismantled. They emphasize that drone capabilities and weapons stockpiles present serious threats.
Government representatives maintain that Pakistan seeks regional stability. However, they stress that sovereignty will be defended at all costs. Officials describe the latest actions as preventive and necessary.
Analysts note that the dual approachโmilitary operations abroad and deportation efforts at homeโsignals a firm national security posture. Authorities say the objective is to eliminate security vulnerabilities.
As operations continue, officials reiterate their commitment to maintaining law and order. Security agencies remain vigilant in monitoring developments along the border.
Pakistanโs leadership has framed the campaign as essential for national peace. Authorities say further action will be taken if threats persist.
