
According to the statement issued by the Admiral Naveed Ashraf on Tuesday, the armed forces of Pakistan are prepared to respond to any kind of aggression against the nation. Admiral Ashraf was speaking at the passing-out parade for Pakistan Air Force Cadets at Risalpur. The Admiral lauded the graduates of PAF and called upon them to serve with dedication.
Message at Passing-Out Parade
He commended the cadets for their hard work and added that they were supposed to uphold the values of the PAF with dedication. Besides, he referred to the war fought by Pakistan against India in May 2025 for four days, named as Marka-i-Haq, and expressed that the armed forces exhibited professionalism and solidarity during that conflict. Furthermore, he stated that there had been an advancement in technology and strategy planning within the PAF in recent years.
Naval Modernisation and Regional Security
According to the naval commander, the Pakistan Navy is upgrading its weaponry and creating long range missiles indigenously. Moreover, he informed about the upgraded capabilities of the navy in terms of surface, subsurface, and air platforms. According to him, the navy managed to prevent any Indian naval operations and controlled the sea throughout the crisis. He further stated that the country could target strategic installations along the coast as well as maritime supply lines of India. He talked about the global tension and stressed the importance of being vigilant in sensitive zones.
Moreover, he stated that Pakistan would keep on investing in training, research, and defense systems to face the upcoming challenges. He stated that peace in the region was only possible if there is equilibrium and dialogue among the concerned parties. Hence, he encouraged cadets to stay focused and prepared for service to the country under any circumstances.
