Officials stated that the actions formed part of ongoing efforts aimed at disrupting militant networks and preventing future attacks in affected areas.
According to the military statement, security forces expanded operations in several areas identified as key hotspots, including Datta Khel, Spinwam, and Bannu. Authorities said troops launched operations after receiving intelligence regarding the movement and presence of armed militants in those regions.
Furthermore, security personnel reportedly engaged multiple militant locations during the operations. Officials stated that intense exchanges of fire took place during the actions, resulting in the deaths of several individuals identified by authorities as members of the banned militant network.

Meanwhile, officials stated that one of those killed included an individual identified as Jan Meer, also known as Toor Saqib, who authorities described as a key figure allegedly linked to various attacks involving security personnel and civilians. According to the statement, authorities had previously declared him wanted in connection with multiple incidents.
Security forces also reported recovering weapons, ammunition, explosives, and improvised explosive devices from the locations targeted during the operations. In addition, officials stated that troops discovered and destroyed underground tunnels and bunker systems allegedly used by militants.
Consequently, authorities said clearance and sanitization efforts remain ongoing in the affected areas.
