Omoda has officially unveiled the Omoda 7 PHEV in Pakistan. The new mid-size plug-in hybrid SUV sits above the Omoda 5 in the lineup.
However, the company has not announced pricing or booking details yet. Omoda said it will reveal both during the vehicle’s official launch in August.
The Omoda 7 PHEV combines hybrid technology with modern styling and premium features. Moreover, it targets buyers seeking efficiency and long-distance driving capability.
Hybrid Powertrain And Driving Performance
The SUV features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a dedicated hybrid transmission. Together, the system produces 341 horsepower and 525 Nm of torque.
Additionally, the Omoda 7 PHEV carries an 18.4 kWh battery pack. The company claims an electric-only driving range exceeding 90 kilometers under the WLTP standard.
Furthermore, the SUV delivers a combined driving range of up to 1,200 kilometers. Drivers can achieve this figure with a full battery and fuel tank.
The vehicle measures 4,660 mm in length and 1,875 mm in width. It also features a 2,720 mm wheelbase, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a panoramic sunroof.
Interior Features And Safety Technology
Inside, the SUV offers a 15.6-inch infotainment display with a sliding Glide Function. This feature allows the screen to move toward the front passenger.
The Omoda 7 PHEV also includes eight airbags for occupant protection. Additionally, it is expected to feature Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Blind Spot Monitoring.
Omoda will announce the official price, booking details, and launch date later this August. Therefore, customers must wait for the company’s complete market launch announcement.
