Nishat Group’s NexGen Auto has officially launched the OMODA 7 SHS-P in Pakistan at an ex-factory price of PKR 10,649,000, ending months of anticipation around the plug-in hybrid SUV.
NexGen Auto has opened bookings through its 20 OMODA & JAECOO dealerships and introduced a price-lock offer for buyers.
The OMODA 7 combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine with an electric motor to produce 341 horsepower and 525 Nm of torque. Its 18.4 kWh battery provides more than 90 kilometres of electric range, while the combined range reaches up to 1,250 kilometres.
Premium Features Drive OMODA 7 Launch
The SUV offers Zero Gravity Seats, an 8-point massage seat, a 12-speaker SONY sound system and 20-inch alloy wheels.
Meanwhile, OMODA & JAECOO have crossed 10,000 deliveries in Pakistan, highlighting strong local demand. Pakistan also recorded the brands’ highest first-month sales globally.
OMODA 4 Set to Follow Later This Year
NexGen Auto also plans to bring the OMODA 4 to Pakistan later this year. The upcoming SUV combines Cyber Mecha styling with a Super AI Cockpit featuring ten coordinated AI agents and five-language support.
The system can process combined voice commands, allowing drivers to adjust multiple vehicle functions through one request.
Globally, the OMODA 4 comes with BEV, HEV and ICE powertrains. However, NexGen Auto has yet to confirm which versions Pakistan will receive.
The OMODA 7 launch strengthens NexGen Auto’s growing presence in Pakistan, while the upcoming OMODA 4 could further expand its technology-focused SUV lineup. The company’s expanding portfolio gives Pakistani buyers more choices across electrified and conventional vehicle segments.
