A new ride-hailing platform, Drivver, is preparing to enter Pakistan after JazzWorld Enterprise Solutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding with iTecknologi. The service will offer rides through cars, motorcycles and rickshaws, competing with established platforms such as Yango and inDrive.
Drivver aims to provide passengers with convenient transport options across different vehicle categories. The platform will also introduce features designed to make ride-hailing more accessible for mobile users.
Drivver App To Offer Data-Free Access
One of Drivver’s key features will allow Jazz network users to access the app without consuming mobile data. As a result, passengers can book rides while drivers can accept requests and manage trips without purchasing a separate data package.
JazzCash will manage digital payments across the Drivver ecosystem under the agreement. Meanwhile, iTecknologi will oversee the platform’s technology, service innovation and operations.
Jazz To Provide Digital Infrastructure
Jazz will support Drivver through connectivity and digital infrastructure services. The partnership aims to combine telecommunications, digital payments and ride-hailing services within one platform.
