Nayatel has announced a revision in its home internet package prices, with the new rates scheduled to take effect from July 1, 2026.
The company informed customers about the changes through an email notification. According to Nayatel, the adjustment reflects rising operational expenses. However, the company stated that it had implemented the minimum possible increase to reduce the burden on subscribers.
The latest revision will affect several popular Home Unlimited internet packages used by customers across Pakistan.
Which Nayatel Packages Are Getting More Expensive?
Under the revised pricing structure, subscribers of the Home Unlimited 70 Mbps package will pay Rs. 300 more each month.
The package currently costs Rs. 5,000 per month. However, the new monthly rate will increase to Rs. 5,300 from July 2026.
Meanwhile, the Home Unlimited 40 Mbps package will also see a price adjustment.
The monthly cost of this package will rise by Rs. 100. As a result, the package price will increase from Rs. 3,350 to Rs. 3,450.
Similarly, customers using the Home Unlimited 30 Mbps package will experience a smaller increase.
The package will become Rs. 75 more expensive. Therefore, its monthly subscription fee will rise from Rs. 2,150 to Rs. 2,225.
Why Is Nayatel Increasing Prices?
According to the company’s communication with customers, increasing operational costs have made the price adjustment necessary.
At the same time, Nayatel emphasized that it had tried to keep the increase as low as possible.
Rising operational expenses continue to affect businesses across multiple sectors. Consequently, internet service providers are also reviewing their pricing structures to maintain service quality and network operations.
Although the company did not provide a detailed breakdown of costs, it linked the revision directly to increasing operational expenditures.
Website Yet to Reflect Updated Rates
While customers have already received notifications regarding the revised charges, Nayatel’s official website had not been updated at the time of the announcement.
The website continued displaying the previous package prices when the revised rates were announced.
However, the company is expected to update its online pricing information before the new charges become effective.
Until then, customers may still see the older package rates on the website despite the confirmed changes.
When Will the New Prices Take Effect?
The revised package rates will become effective from July 1, 2026.
Therefore, customers subscribing to the affected packages will see the updated charges reflected in their billing cycles after that date.
The adjustment applies to Nayatel’s Home Unlimited packages mentioned in the announcement.
As internet usage continues to grow across Pakistan, pricing updates remain an important concern for residential users. Consequently, subscribers may want to review their current packages before the revised rates take effect.
For now, customers have until the end of June to continue using these plans at the existing prices. After July 1, however, the new monthly charges will officially come into force.
