The victims were identified as Waheed, Dilbar, and Imdad. All three were residents of Village Nabi Bakhsh Khaskheli.
Police said an unidentified speeding car hit the pedestrians before leaving the area. The victims suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
Following the incident, the bodies were shifted to Peoples Medical Hospital for further proceedings.
