Two security personnel at a local hotel tragically lost their lives, apparently succumbing to asphyxiation while asleep in a room where coal was being burned in Nathia Gali.
The incident came to light when the lifeless bodies of the watchmen were discovered within the hotel premises. Preliminary investigations conducted by rescue teams suggest that the cause of death may be attributed to the presence of toxic gas, likely resulting from the burning of coal in the confined space of the room.
The identities of the deceased, who were natives of the Mansehra district, remain unconfirmed. Their bodies were promptly transported to the hospital for postmortem examinations in order to ascertain the precise cause of their untimely demise.
Authorities are actively conducting a thorough inquiry into this unfortunate event.
