PM Shehbaz has vowed to hold accountable those responsible for harming the country’s economy

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized on Friday that those who have negatively impacted the country’s economy will face consequences.

Speaking to the federal cabinet, the Prime Minister stated, “We must make difficult decisions for the betterment of our nation.”

Taking a swipe at political adversaries, he remarked, “I was unaware of where the transparent government was steering the country.”

“We are committed to implementing the economic reform agenda, and progress is evident through our collective efforts,” he added.

The Prime Minister highlighted an increase in the country’s exports and criticized the fraudulent nature of the track and trace system in cigarette manufacturing.

Furthermore, he announced measures to combat power theft and fortify the transmission system.

PM Shehbaz vows to contain malaria

On Thursday, the Prime Minister reiterated his commitment to combat malaria.

Marking World Malaria Day, he stated, “Pakistan stands in solidarity with the global community in observing World Malaria Day.”

Highlighting the significance of addressing malaria, he emphasized, “Every year, 10 million citizens are affected by malaria.”

PM Shehbaz emphasized the importance of ensuring that every individual has access to free medical checkups and treatment for malaria.

Chinese language effective tool 

Recently, the Prime Minister highlighted the effectiveness of the Chinese language as a global communication tool.

Reflecting on Chinese Language Day, he emphasized the significance of the language, noting, “Even the United Nations (UN) has officially recognized the Chinese language.”

Acknowledging the increasing popularity of the Chinese language in Pakistan, he remarked, “More individuals in Pakistan are embracing the Chinese language.”

PM Shehbaz reaffirmed the government’s commitment to promoting Chinese language and literature nationwide.

He expressed optimism that the learning of the Chinese language would further strengthen the bond between the people of both countries.
