The Emergency Services Department Punjab, also known as Rescue 1122, has announced 484 new job opportunities across different districts. The vacancies are available for candidates who want to join the emergency services sector.
The department is hiring for three positions: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Fire DERT Rescuer (FDR), and Rescue Driver (LTV). These jobs are temporary. Interested candidates can apply until August 3, 2026.

Rescue 1122 has opened 108 seats for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). It has also announced 175 positions for Fire DERT Rescuers (FDRs). Additionally, the department offers 201 vacancies for Rescue Drivers (LTV).
The recruitment aims to improve emergency response services across Punjab. Moreover, it will help the department add trained professionals to its medical, rescue, and transport teams.
Eligibility Requirements for Candidates
Applicants for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position need a Nursing or Paramedical degree or diploma. They must have at least a second division from a recognized institution. Candidates should also be between 20 and 30 years old.
For the Fire DERT Rescuer (FDR) role, candidates need a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE). The diploma should have at least a second division. Eligible fields include Chemical, Electronics, Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication, and Architecture.
Applicants for the Rescue Driver (LTV) position must have a Secondary School Certificate with a second division. They also need a valid LTV driving license. The age requirement for this position is 20 to 30 years.

Rescue 1122 has announced vacancies in various Punjab districts. These include Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhelum, Khushab, Lahore, Layyah, Mianwali, Murree, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib, Narowal, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, and Toba Tek Singh.
Rawalpindi has received one of the highest numbers of vacancies. The district offers 37 EMT positions, 6 Fire DERT Rescuer posts, and 43 Rescue Driver jobs. Meanwhile, Gujranwala has 50 vacancies across different categories.
Application Process for Rescue 1122 Jobs
Candidates can apply online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) website. After submitting the online form, applicants must print a copy of the application.
They must then send the printed form through post to the Central Testing Service before the deadline. The department will reject late applications.
Only candidates with complete applications and required qualifications will move forward. Furthermore, shortlisted candidates will take written, psychological, and physical tests at assigned centers.
