The annual take-home cash component stands at around AED 575,000. The package calculation assumes an average of 85 flying hours each month.
Eligible pilots can also receive company accommodation, education support for up to three children, insurance and travel benefits. They also receive 42 days of annual leave.
Emirates Cabin Crew and Cadet Pilot Opportunities
Emirates cabin crew members receive a basic monthly salary of AED 4,980. They additionally earn AED 69.60 for each flying hour.
Based on 80 to 100 flying hours monthly, average total pay reaches around AED 11,244. The company also provides hotel accommodation during layovers, transportation and applicable meal allowances.
Meanwhile, Emirates runs a National Cadet Pilot Programme for eligible UAE nationals. Applicants must have a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
Cadets receive AED 6,365 monthly during Ground School and AED 6,240 during Flight Training. Their salary rises during later training stages.
After completing the programme, First Officers receive AED 52,105 per month, including basic salary and fixed allowances.
